(a) All vehicle information provided to SPARE-SERVICES was accurate and will remain updated.

(d) Your use of the services follows all applicable local and federal laws in the UAE, as well as SPARE-SERVICES policies.
(e) If the vehicle belongs to an individual, you have the owner’s permission to use it for pickup and delivery services. If the vehicle belongs to a company, its use for these services does not breach any agreement between you and the company.
SPARE-SERVICES is not liable for:
– Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage related to the use of the services.
– Any harm, liability, theft, or loss resulting from:
– Your use of or reliance on the services, or inability to access them.
– Any transaction or relationship between you and a third-party company, even if SPARE-SERVICES was informed of possible damages.
– Delays, failures, or incomplete service by SPARE-SERVICES or any third-party provider.
– You may use the services to request pickup and delivery from third-party companies, but SPARE-SERVICES is not responsible beyond what is explicitly stated in these terms.
– You must claim compensation for damages through your insurance policy. SPARE-SERVICES is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury to your vehicle, yourself, or your property.
– You will not hold third-party companies, SPARE-SERVICES, or their drivers responsible for any damage, loss, or injury if authorities determine the driver was not at fault.
– Liability for damages, losses, or injuries related to your vehicle, yourself, or your property is limited to the lesser of:

To protect your belongings, you should secure valuable items in your vehicle. SPARE-SERVICES and third-party drivers are not responsible for theft.

You release SPARE-SERVICES from all damages (actual and consequential) and losses arising from disputes involving a driver, third-party company, or SPARE-SERVICES.
– Both SPARE-SERVICES and any driver or third-party company have the right to pursue legal action against you for any claims, fines, costs, or damages they incur due to your use of the services.
– If a driver or third-party company wins a legal case against SPARE-SERVICES due to losses caused by you, we may file a lawsuit against you to recover any amounts we had to pay.
SPARE-SERVICES is not liable for:
– Service interruptions or failures affecting access to the platform.
– The accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of driver services.
– Errors or inaccuracies in platform content.
– Unauthorized access to our servers or stored personal data.
